NDIS Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct protects your rights as a participant in the NDIS. The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to “Help providers and workers respect and uphold your right to safe and quality supports and services.”
The NDIS Code of Conduct applies to registered and unregistered NDIS providers, community partners, and providers delivering information and services for people over the age of 65.
