ICARE

The icare Lifetime Care Scheme funds treatment, rehabilitation and community support for people who have been severely injured in a motor accident in NSW (regardless of who was at fault in the accident). The scheme is funded by a levy on compulsory third party insurance (also known as ‘green slips’).
Eligibility for the scheme is based on the nature of injuries sustained, and includes spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, severe burns or permanent blindness as a result of the accident.

Care1 care workers have been specially trained to provide the highest level of care required to help you or your loved one meet their rehabilitation and quality of life goals. Care1 has supported and specialised in providing care to people with Acquired Brain Injuries and Spinal Cord Injuries for 11 years, and continues to assist clients achieve positive outcomes through what is an incredibly challenging time.
