What does the "Zero-Exit Commitment" mean?

This is our clinical guarantee that once Care1 accepts a complex participant into our service, we will never withdraw or “exit” that person. We own the clinical risk that others walk away from, ensuring lifelong stability for families and a protected professional reputation for referrers.

To ensure clinical continuity, we pay for our support workers to “buddy” with your hospital treating team (or current care team) before discharge. This allows our support and nursing staff to master your specific clinical routine and personal needs on the ward before starting solo shifts in your home.

Yes. We specialise in high-intensity, round-the-clock clinical support for participants with complex medical requirements, including those requiring ventilation, tracheostomy care, enteral feeding (PEG), and complex bowel or seizure management.

We use a specialised reporting system to provide 24-hour transparency. Our Registered Nurses review every incident to adjust care protocols as and when they arise.

Specialised Support, Every Step of the Way.

You aren’t just getting a support worker; you are getting a clinical ecosystem:

  • Registered Nurses (RNs): Provide the clinical sign-off, medication oversight, and staff training.

  • Dedicated Coordinators: Your single point of contact for rosters, logistics, and family communication.

  • Specialist Support Workers: Highly vetted professionals trained in high-intensity clinical routines (Ventilation, SCI, ABI).
