We provide temporary and permanent staff to government, private and community-based organisations, supplying respite, personal care, social and disability support, therapy and domestic assistance – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Care1 has grown to employ a reliable team of professional care and nursing staff. Our team is committed to providing exceptional levels of care and support to people living with a disability.

In 2006 Damon made the decision to change how care was being delivered to our most vulnerable members of the community – people with disabilities and those with acquired and often lifelong injuries.

Our founder, Damon Ashton commenced in the healthcare industry in Sydney NSW in 1993, working for various not-for-profit organisations supporting people with complex disabilities. Progressing onto management positions within the industry he soon became frustrated with the low levels of compassion and quality service delivery from many providers.
