Celebrating 11 years of service
Celebrating 11 years
Our founder Damon Ashton started out in the healthcare industry in 1993 managing group homes for the Cerebral Palsy Alliance (formerly the Spastic Centre of NSW). He progressed to management positions within the industry but soon became frustrated with the low levels of compassion and service delivery from many providers. In 2006 Damon made the decision to change how care was being administered to our most vulnerable members of the community – People with disabilities, frail and aged and those with acquired and often lifelong injuries.
Care1 has quickly grown to employ a reliable team of professional care and nursing staff, providing a high level of care to the community for over ten years.
